was a lot of fun. i mean, we love to talk about ourselves and that was mainly what it was. also some safety inspections and measuring sizes of the rooms. we passed the standard for 2 kids for shared room size, so, legally we can have 2 kids here.

i hate mondays sooooooooo much
not feeling great today. i think i may be getting sick. kid i babysit has strep (gearing up for a long post about that bc i DO NOT work when kids have strep. it’s a tightass rule i have for myself. and yes, i understand that when kids are sick parents have to work still. [...]

facing the fact. we cannot be rug owners.
lani hates rugs. she thinks they are just dirty – attracting all kinds of dirt and allergens and pet dander etc..
i feel the same way except aesthetically, i need a rug or two.
both rugs have now been moved to the basement – this includes my favorite espresso colored bamboo rug from under the dining room [...]
